Returning by post:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the returns process on the back of your delivery note.
All returns are inspected and all goods need to be in their original condition and wrapping (e.g. shoe boxes). Please remember to include the order reference, so we can identify you and tick whether you want a refund or replacement.

We offer the following delivery services:
Standard Delivery: £3.95 please allow 3 - 4 working days for receipt of goods
Please note: Orders made after 3pm will not be dispatched until the following working day.
Express Delivery: £4.50 but free on all orders over £100 and £2.99 on orders over £50
Express Delivery is guaranteed delivery before 1pm on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays. Orders place for next day on a Friday will arrive before 1pm on Monday.
International Delivery: £15.00
